Peak Physical Therapy & Sport Performance Promotes Shannon Delaney to Director of Operations

Peak Physical Therapy & Sports Performance, a South Shore practice specializing in unique programs that provide comprehensive treatment in orthopedic, spine and sports medicine specialties announces that Shannon Delaney has been promoted to Director of Operations.

In this additional role she will be responsible for many of our operational procedures including but not limited to helping improve our internal and external systems through technology and other means, managing contracts, and directing community outreach. Delaney began her career at Peak in front office administration and clinical assistant upon completion of her Bachelor’s program. She then served as an Assistant Officer Manager at the Norwell clinic before being promoted to Practice Manager.

Delaney earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from UMASS-Amherst and her Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.

Originally from Hingham, Delaney now lives in Quincy where in her spare time she enjoys activities with friends and family, boating and running. She is involved in numerous volunteer activities performed by members of the Peak staff, including the Cradles to Crayons program, participation in local charity races and fundraising for research at Dana Farber Cancer Institute.
