Boston law firm Rackemann, Sawyer & Brewster announces that attorney Heidi A. Seely served as moderator at the Boston Bar Association’s (BBA) program entitled, “Advising Trustees and Serving as a Trustee in Massachusetts,” on April 26, 2019. As a component of their Brown Bag Lunch series, the program explored the legal issues which can arise during the administration of a trust, and how the participating trustees and attorneys have handled them.
