Ossoff chaired the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) New England program “Handling Commercial Sales: From Offer to Closing” on June 6, 2018. Ossoff also presented two sessions during the afternoon seminar: “Buyer Due Diligence and Other Contingencies” and “The Closing Process”. He discussed the necessary tools and documents to ensure that the buyer performs its due diligence and that the closing process is smooth in commercial real estate sale transactions.

Ossoff has served on the MCLE New England Real Estate & Environmental Law advisory committee since 2006. He is an experienced transactional lawyer handling all aspects of commercial real estate ownership, development and finance, with an emphasis on land acquisition and disposition, leasing, and title matters. Ossoff’sclients include national corporations, non-profit institutions, private developers and individual property owners.
