Fidelity Reports $26.6M Stake in Buckeye Technologies - cbl

BOSTON -- Fidelity Management Research LLC has reported a 6.76 percent stake worth $26.57 million in Buckeye Technologies Inc. (NYSE: BKI ), according to an SEC filing.
The Boston investment giant said it owned 2.62 million shares in the Memphis, Tenn.-headquartered diversified manufacturer. The stake's value is based on the stock's closing price of $10.14 on Wednesday.
Fidelity's stake is held through Fidelity Management Trust Co., a wholly owned subsidiary of FMR, whose chairman, Edward C. Johnson III , is listed as the reporting person.
