Chestnut Hill Realty Corp (CHR), by its affiliate, Alden Tower LLC, recently closed a $24.0 million construction loan with Danversbank to finance the extensive upgrade and renovation of 96 units in the Alden Tower Building at Longwood Towers Condominium, located at 20 Chapel Street, in Brookline Massachusetts. Longwood Towers is a luxury condominium property located near the Longwood Medical Area. CHR plans to market the upscale condominium units in the spring of 2010.
