Fifteen Davis Malm Attorneys Named 2009 “Super Lawyers” and "Rising Stars"
Boston, MA - November 6, 2009 - Davis, Malm & D'Agostine, P.C. is pleased to announce that fifteen of its attorneys were selected as 2009 Massachusetts "Super Lawyers" and "Super Lawyers Rising Stars" from a poll of Massachusetts attorneys conducted by Law and Politics Magazine. The eleven "Super Lawyers" include: Gary M. Feldman, Paul L. Feldman, Amy L. Fracassini, Thomas Frisardi, Robert J. Galvin, Laurence M. Johnson, C. Michael Malm, Samuel B. Moskowitz, Andrew D. Myers, David Rapaport, and Marjorie Suisman. All eleven of the "Super Lawyers" selected this year have been selected in prior years and several have been included every year since the award's inception in 2004. The four "Super Lawyers Rising Stars" include: Rebecca L. Andrews, Neal J. Bingham, Joshua S. Grossman, and Christopher J. Marino.
The Davis Malm attorneys are featured in the November issues of Boston Magazine and Law & Politics Magazine. "Super Lawyers" and "Super Lawyers Rising Stars" are nominated by their peers and evaluated by a blue ribbon panel. Only 5% of the eligible attorneys in Massachusetts are selected as "Super Lawyers" and 2.5% of the eligible attorneys in Massachusetts are selected as "Super Lawyers Rising Stars." To qualify as a Rising Star, an attorney must be age 40 or younger, or in practice for 10 years or less. At the time of the selection, Davis Malm had a total of thirty-eight lawyers.
