PanAgora Global Tactical Asset Allocation Fund Raises $74M - CBL

BOSTON -- PanAgora Global Tactical Asset Allocation Fund, a series of the PanAgora Group Trust, has raised $74 million through an offering of pooled investment fund interests, according to a Reg D filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Boston-based PanAgora Asset Management Inc. is the hedge fund's investment manager and a provider of quantitative investment solutions that span all major asset classes and risk ranges.

Other principals named in the filing are Louis Iglesias, Eric Sorensen, Paul Sutton, Michael Turpin, Robert Orr, Richard Tibbetts, Hiroshi Ishimura, Phillip Ryan and Tomohiko Masuda. All are members of PanAgora Asset Management.
