ClickFox - Backed by Ascent Ventures, Cedar Fund - Raises $450K of $750K Offering - CBL

WALTHAM/BOSTON -- ClickFox Inc. has raised $450,000, more than half the proposed offering of $750,000 through a sale of mixed securities, according to a Reg D filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
ClickFox started in 2000 as a Web analytics company and has evolved to focus on other areas such as customer relationship management and customer experience analysis.
Principals named in the filing are director and CEO Marco Pacelli, CFO Sharon Lynch and director Amnon Shoham.
As Citybizlist reported, ClickFox in June 2008 raised an additional $12.5 million in a round of funding. Leading that round was Ascent Venture Partners of Boston , with returning ClickFox investors Cedar Fund, which has an office in Waltham , Mass. ; Veritas Venture Partners, with an office in Atlanta ; and Israeli firm Delta Ventures participating. The four VC firms continue as investors.

Marco G. Pacelli
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Pacelli is a veteran high-tech executive with over 18 years of experience in building and commercializing technologies and companies. He successfully founded both U3S and IBS from inception to over 25M+ in revenue. U3S was taken public and IBS was sold to NICE Systems in 1998. He built Nice's worldwide Call Center practice as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Channels. Mr. Pacelli's experience spans many technological sectors from Call Centers to Wireless Telecommunications.
Sharon Lynch
Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Lynch is responsible for worldwide Finance and HR at ClickFox. Prior to joining ClickFox, she was Vice President Finance and Controller at Dun & Bradstreet Software. Ms. Lynch is a Certified Public Account and has over 18 years experience with expertise in implementing policies and procedures, and accounting controls. She holds a bachelor of science in Industrial Management from Georgia Tech.
Amnon Shoham
Mr. Shoham brings to Cedar Fund a wealth of experience investing in and building quality high tech companies from the ground up since 1993. Prior to founding Cedar Fund, Mr. Shoham was the Managing Partner of Star Ventures in Israel, where he built and managed its investment activity in Israel. He has served as director on the following NASDAQ-traded companies' boards: Accord Networks (ACCD, acquired by Polycom, PLCM); BreezeCOM (BRZE, now Alvarion, ALVR); Fourth Dimension Software (DDDF, acquired by BMC Software, BMC); Fundtech (FNDT); Jacada (JCDA); NICEcom (acquired by 3com Corp.,COMS); Paradigm Geophysical (PGEO) and ViryaNet (VRYA). Mr. Shoham's activity on Star's behalf also included investments in Armon Networking (acquired by Bay Networks), Summit Design (now Innoveda, INOV) and Precise Software (PRSE). He was also instrumental in facilitating Star's investment in Creo Products, (CREO) and Orckit Communications (ORCT). Before turning to venture capital investing, Mr. Shoham worked as an attorney in the New York office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, a leading U.S. law firm, where he focused on public offerings and mergers and acquisitions involving high technology companies.
