Baldwin Bros.’ Flipper Partners Raises $352K - CBL

MARION, Mass. -- Flipper Partners LLP has raised $351,644 through an equity offering, according to a Reg D filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Principals named in the filing are executive officers Michael Baldwin and David Barrett, both of Marion-based Baldwin Bros. Inc., the management agent of Flipper Partners.

Baldwin Bros., founded in 1974, is an independent financial advisory firm with more than $750 million in assets under management.

Michael Baldwin
Founder, President

After previously working at Morgan Guaranty, Michael Baldwin founded Baldwin Brothers in 1974. In addition to his duties as President of Baldwin Brothers, Michael is also a trustee of the Nathaniel Saltonstall Arts Fund and The Garfield Foundation. He is also the founder of The Marion Institute, a non-profit organization, dedicated to teaching about alternative medicine and sustainability. Michael has a BA from Harvard University.

David Barrett
Partner, Vice President, Chief Investment Officer

David Barrett joined Baldwin Brothers in 1982. He is on the Board of Advisors of Kestrel Venture Management. David has a BA from Union College and an MBA from University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School.
