Feeley & Driscoll Admits W. Karl Baker As Director
Boston, Massachusetts (October 27, 2009) - Feeley & Driscoll, P.C. announces the addition of Mr. W. Karl Baker as its newest Director in the Healthcare Services Group. Mr. Baker joins the firm after working 16 years in the healthcare industry and most recently as a leader in the healthcare and nonprofit practice of a national accounting firm.
Mr. Baker's industry experience has focused on the healthcare and the nonprofit industries. His career has been devoted to providing accounting, auditing, reimbursement consulting, mergers and acquisition due diligence and strategic planning services to the full continuum of healthcare and nonprofit providers. In addition, he consults with clients concerning budgets, feasibility studies, operations, prospective payment systems and other management issues.
As a ‘92 graduate of Truman State University, Mr. Baker holds a B.S. degree in accounting. He is a member of various professional affiliations including Health Care Financial Management Association, Massachusetts Aging Services Associations, Inc., and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He also serves on the board of directors and audit committee of Boston Senior Home Care, Inc.
Mr. Baker currently resides in Melrose, Massachusetts with his wife Meredith.
