M/C Venture Partners Adds New Associates to Investment Team
M/C Venture Partners, a venture capital firm focused exclusively on the communications, media, and information technology sectors, today announced that Lydia Jett and Matthew Saretsky have joined the investment team as Senior Associate and Associate, respectively. At M/C Venture Partners, they will assist with investment sourcing and due diligence, and provide support to portfolio companies.

Lydia Jett's prior experience includes J. P. Morgan Securities, where she served in Syndicated and Leveraged Finance as an Analyst in Media and Technology; Goldman, Sachs & Co., where she was an Analyst in the Merchant Banking Division; and Corporate Development for Metro Goldwyn Mayer, where she provided analysis of the digital media landscape. Lydia is a 2009 graduate of the Stanford Graduate School of Business. She earned a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Smith College with a double major in Economics and Government, and is a graduate of the General Course, Economics and Government, at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Matthew Saretsky comes to the firm from Citigroup's Mergers and Acquisitions Group in the Investment Banking Division. As a Financial Analyst, he evaluated mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, divestitures and recapitalizations for corporate clients. Matthew is a 2007 graduate of Harvard University, where he earned an A. B. in Government, cum laude.
