Wellington Hedge Management LLC, a unit of Wellington Management Company LLP, has raised $19.7 million from 22 investors for a hedge fund it launched this year, according to an SEC filing.

The Boston-based money manager accepted a minimum $1 million from investors for its Pagosa Partners LP fund.

 

Led by CEO Perry Traquina, Wellington Management has about $748 billion in assets under management. It advises more than 2,100 institutions located in over 50 countries.
