Sepaton, Inc, maker of data backup and recovery solutions for large enterprises, has signed a 31,511 square foot lease renewal at 400 Nickerson Road in Marlborough, Mass.

Managing Principal Joe Fallon and Senior Managing Director, Principal Kevin Hanna of Cassidy Turley FHO represented Sepaton in the transaction.  John Lashar, Partner at Richards Barry Joyce & Partners, represented the landlord’s interests.

Built in 1985 and renovated in 2007, 400 Nickerson Road is a two story building located within the 573,576-square-foot Marlborough Technology Park. The 85-acre park is in the I-495 West submarket.
