Four leases totaling 19,143 square feet have been executed at the Burlington Centre in Burlington, Mass.

The four office deals included Exclusive Concepts for 7,727 SF at 30 Corporate Drive, The New England Automated Clearing House (NEACH) for 4,605 SF at 35 Corporate Drive, AlloCure for 3,475 SF at 25 Corporate Drive and Second Decimal for 3,336 SF at 25 Corporate Drive.

CBRE/New England’s Kerry Olson Hawkins, First Vice President, represented the landlord, Multi-Employer Property Trust and Bentall Kennedy, in all of the transactions.

Exclusive Concepts, an internet marketing company, was represented by Boston Realty Advisors’ Adam Meixner. Michael McCarthy of NAI Hunneman Commercial Real Estate Services represented NEACH, a non-profit association that promotes the use and understanding of electronic payments to its members.

AlloCure, a biotechnology company pioneering the development of cell therapies for the treatment of kidney disease, was represented by Richards Barry Joyce & Partners’ Jonathan Varholak. Duggan Realty Advisors’ Jim Duggan represented Second Decimal, a technology company that transforms corporate tax departments through its software products.

Burlington Centre is a 620,000 square foot, master-planned, Class A office park situated on 78 acres off of Route 3A in Burlington, Massachusetts. The office park consists of four buildings, 10, 25, 30 and 35 Corporate Drive.
