BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The $1.25 billion joint venture between Mintz Levin client GreatPoint Energy and Wanxiang Holdings has been named the number one greentech venture capital deal of 2012, according to Greentech Media. The landmark transaction paved the way for the construction of the world’s most efficient coal-to-natural gas production facility in China.
