Jones Lang LaSalle Construction has completed construction work on the new office space for Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett and Dunner, LLF at Seaport Place in Boston.

The 33,209-square-foot relocation to the Seaport District from Cambridge serves as the law firm’s new Boston headquarters.

Designed by architecture and design firm Gensler, the sixth floor build-out of Seaport East features a centrally located conference area with electrostatic glass, an attorney lounge for visiting employees, and a custom mosaic tile pattern by Artaic. In addition, the inclusion of exterior glass offices allows for natural light and unobstructed water and city skyline views.

The project is valued at $3 million. The developer of Seaport Place is Pembroke Real Estate.

Joining Jones Lang LaSalle Senior Vice President and Project Executive Dana Griffin on the Jones Lang LaSalle Construction team was Senior Superintendent Bob Kelly, Senior Construction Manager Jamie Audette, Assistant Construction Manager Courtney Carroll, and Chief Estimator Senior Vice President Karl Ginand. Jones Lang LaSalle Managing Director Bill Motley represented Finnegan in lease negotiations.
