Jim Adorney Named VP, Creative Director at Phillips Design Group

Phillips Design Group has announced that Jim Adorney has joined the firm in the new position of Vice President, Creative Director. Jim brings 20+ years of impressive experience and leads the PDG design team. In this role, he sets the tone and inspires the team to develop groundbreaking creative that builds brands and businesses.

His career includes senior level positions at Landor, BrandEquity and Catapult Thinking where he has specialized in brand identity strategy and the development of high impact global packaging and merchandising systems. Brands impacted by Jim include A&W, Atari, Au Bon Pain, Bacardi, Campbell’s, Crest, CVS, Lifesavers, Mevacor, Polaroid, RSA, Staples, Takeda and V8, among others.

Jim was born and raised in Connecticut, attended undergrad at DePauw University in Indiana, and then did graduate studies at Pratt, NC State and the Florence Academy of Art.
