Fidelity Bank, a community bank with offices across Central Massachusetts, has named Lisa Wrisley senior vice president, senior compliance and risk officer; John Hathaway vice president, information technology; Derek Beahn assistant vice president, marketing manager; and Michael Gibbons, home loan specialist.
Wrisley manages the bank?s compliance and risk-management program. She was director of operational risk and chief compliance officer at a Boston-based bank. A resident of Londonderry, N.H., she has 15 years of banking experience, and holds a bachelor?s degree from the University of Rochester.
Hathaway is responsible for day-to-day management of the bank?s communication and information technology infrastructure systems, development of the IT staff, coordination and oversight of technology projects, and advancing the effective use of information technology.
He was assistant vice president, IT, at Concentric Energy Advisors in Marlborough and previously systems administrator at The Haartz Corporation. He began his career as a technology associate at Fidelity Bank. A resident of Shirley, Hathaway has a bachelor?s degree and an MBA from UMass Lowell.
Beahn supports the bank?s strategic goals, brand, and financial objectives through the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives. He was account director at smith&jones Idea Agency. A resident of Douglas, he is a graduate of Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts.
Gibbons will develop residential mortgage, refinance, and home equity business. He was pricing specialist at State Street Bank Corporation. A resident of Littleton, he holds a bachelor?s degree from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell.
