Archstone Pays $94.25M for 285-Unit Station 250

Putting a $94.25 million deal to bed, Archstone is holding the deed to the 285-unit Station 250, an upscale development on the doorstep of Legacy Place lifestyle center and the Dedham Corporate Center MBTA station.

CB Richard Ellis – N.E. Partners LP represented the seller, Fairfield Dedham LP, a subsidiary of Atlanta-based BVT Equity Holdings Inc.

The complex has been renamed Archstone Legacy Place. The complex boats a heated swimming pool with spa, WiFi-enabled clubroom, fitness center and 24-hour business center. Archstone now owns 12 multifamily properties with 3,243 units in the Boston metropolitan area.

Archstone Legacy Place abuts a retail and entertainment hub with a Showcase Cinema de Lux, Make Meaning, Kings, Apple, Anthropologie, Williams-Sonoma, Genki, P.F. Chang's and Whole Foods Market.
