80 Apartments, 6,000 SF of Commercial Space Proposed at 61-83 Braintree St

The Boston Redevelopment Authority has received a Letter of Intent to submit a project for review that would bring 80 residential rental units, 6,000 square feet of commercial space and 68 parking spaces to 61-83 Braintree Street in the Allston/Brighton neighborhood.

The 93,000 square foot project is from Waypoint Companies.

61-83 Braintree Street is a warehouse property offering access to I-90, Storrow Drive and Memorial Drive, according to LoopNet. There are two buildings on the site available for sale or lease.
