Four executive coaches from 3D Leadership Group, a Boston-based leadership development firm, have been selected to participate in a women’s coaching circle event for WEST – Women in the Enterprise of Science and Technology. The event is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, June 20, at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, 415 Main Street, Monadnock Room, Cambridge, MA.

WEST is a learning community that provides women in the enterprise of science and technology with the inspiration, knowledge, and connections to reach their full potential. Launched in 2000, Boston-based WEST provides a powerful forum and supportive environment for early and mid-career women in the fields of science and technology. WEST programs are designed to enhance skills, develop professional networks, provide inspiration, and empower women to achieve their full potential.

Angie O’Donnell, co-founder of 3D Leadership Group, will be joined by Deb Busser, Carly Goldsmith, and Carol Salloway. O’Donnell is an executive coach with nearly two decades of international business experience that includes expatriate assignments in Zurich and Hong Kong. She has coached leaders in more than 50 companies and from over 20 countries, and in 2013 was recognized as the New England Executive Coach of the Year by her peers at the International Coach Federation.

Salloway has worked side-by-side with leaders from a broad range of industries as they confront leadership challenges for more than 25 years. She is known for her warm, insightful, and direct approach, which enables her clients to get clear on what they want, what gets in their way, and what they can do to enhance their leadership brand. Salloway is also committed to giving back to social entrepreneurs and serves as an executive coach in the Gratitude Network, which supports cutting-edge social entrepreneurs who are solving our greatest problems related to children and education.

Goldsmith brings nearly two decades of human resource and business experience within the global professional services, publishing, and staffing industries to work for her clients. As a coach, she partners with senior and mid-level leaders to leverage their strengths to maximize personal engagement and impact created in their roles.

Busser has coached clients from more than 25 countries and has facilitated programs in the U.S., U.K., Ireland, Cyprus, and Israel. A culturally adept and trusted advisor, she partners with leaders at the executive and C-suite level to become intentional about the resonance they create in their organizations, and brings the rigor and accountability needed for sustainable long-term impact.

Participants of WEST’s Coaching Circle event will experience the principles and methods of individual coaching applied to small, intentional groups. Coaching circles set the stage for peer-to-peer coaching facilitated by trained and qualified professional coaches. The goals of the event include establishing new relationships, enhancing leadership skills and talents, and developing in an area that is a current challenge. The coaches will hold three 30-minute sessions.

“Coaching circles offer women a supportive and motivating environment to connect through meaningful conversations,” said O’Donnell. “WEST is a wonderful and important organization and we always enjoy the opportunity to partner with them whenever possible,” she added.
