High-profile broker brings exceptional client service and real estate experience to firm’s Boston management team

The Boston office of Cresa, the world’s largest tenant-only commercial real estate firm, is proud to announce Daniel Collins has joined the company as senior vice president. In this role, Dan will leverage his more than 13 years of commercial real estate experience on behalf of tenants in the urban Boston real estate market while working closely with managing principals Joseph Sciolla, Adam Subber, and Daniel Sullivan on leading and growing the firm’s portfolio.

“At Cresa, we emphasize the importance of providing unbiased, conflict-free advice. Dan brings an individualized approach, extensive experience and strong business acumen to help clients make highly informed real estate decisions,” said Joseph Sciolla, managing principal at Cresa Boston. “His diligent attention to client satisfaction will be paramount in helping us support our high standards for tenant representation, as well as significantly contribute toward the strategic growth of the business. We are thrilled to add him to our team.”

Dan has developed a reputation for delivering thoughtful and honest representation in Boston’s downtown market, one of the most prolific and dynamic markets in the country. He joins Cresa from Colliers International, where he represented a variety of business sectors, including law firms, technology companies, and start-ups, and high-profile companies such as Life is Good, UBER, and Cross Insurance.

“I have been a big fan of the entrepreneurial spirit and culture at Cresa for a long time,” said Dan. “I am beyond excited to have my strong work ethic and overall competitive mindset recognized by Cresa and I look forward to the opportunity to help take Cresa to the next level as well as guiding and mentoring up-and-coming staff within the firm.”

Dan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Boston College. He is an active member of the board for the Special Olympics of Massachusetts as well as on the Fundraising Advisory Committee for the Life is Good Kids Foundation. In 2013, Dan was recognized by the Boston Business Journal (BBJ) with a 40 Under 40 award for his professional accomplishments and community involvement.

Cresa lives by the mantra of “do the right thing” for its clients and for its staff. Part of this philosophy extends outside of the office, as the company embraces numerous charities such as the Greater Boston Food Bank, Pan-Mass Challenge, Habitat for Humanity, Movember Foundation and others. This charity work helps not only in allowing the company to give back to the community but also to rally together internally, promote team building, and build morale. Cresa has been recognized by the Boston Business Journal (BBJ) on its Best Places to Work list for 12 years for creating an enjoyable and meaningful work environment.
