THE DEAL

Rogue Wave Software, a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity, has acquired ZeroTurnaround. The acquisition will be integrated into the Rogue Wave business and will complement Rogue Wave’s core developer tools offering. ZeroTurnaround is Rogue Wave’s sixth acquisition under Audax ownership

THE THESIS

Audax acquired Rogue Wave as a market leading platform in the fragmented, niche application development tools, components, and platforms space. Audax will continue to support the management team as they work to execute a Buy & Build strategy to diversify Rogue Wave’s offering and enter high growth markets.
