Proverb was honored in the Best Marketing Program category for work done with long-time clients Bozzuto Management Company and Developer, Post Road Residential, for the Corsair Apartments in New Haven, Conn.
For Corsair, Proverb developed strategic positioning, brand identity, marketing collateral, environmental design, and a property website, according to Proverb’s Managing Partner, Director of Client Services, Christine Needham. Judges were impressed by Corsair’s strategy of incorporating and retaining the history of the property and the companies it once housed.
