Hanover Mall Welcomes Santa and New Holiday Merchants

Hanover Mall, soon to be known as Hanover Crossing, is pleased to announce that Santa will arrive at the mall on Saturday, November 18 at center court. Along with Santa the mall welcomes Stockings to Stuff, Hickory Farms, Go Calendars, Toys & Games and Native Spirit for the holiday season.

The mall continues to house many local merchants and will celebrate Shop Local Saturday on November 25th. The locally owned retailers include Storybook Cove, Sports Collections, Cell Mall Point, Coffee Corner and Picture Perfect Studio. The week of November 7 through December 1st will feature holiday pet photos every night from 5-8 pm.

The Charity Giving Tree promotion will return with eight local charities competing for the most votes for their beautifully decorated trees on display in the middle of the mall to win a top prize of $1500, $500 or $250. This year’s charities include Bethesda House, Campbells Christmas Angels, CarePacks for Soldiers, Hanson Food Pantry, Prayers for Charlotte, South Shore Habitat for Humanity, South Shore Health Systems and The Sun Will Rise Foundation. They will also host fundraisers for Home Instead- Santa to a Senior, Toys for Tots and a Charity Gift Wrap.

The former JC Penny event space will host the Castleberry Craft Fair on December 2nd and 3rd, Comic/Anime Fest on December 8th through the 10th and the Greenburg Train Show returns January 5th and 6th.
