Frank J. Manzella Joins Press Ganey as Chief Development Officer

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Press Ganey today announced that Frank J. Manzella has joined the company as Chief Development Officer. Manzella was most recently Senior Vice President, Corporate Development at Change Healthcare (formerly Emdeon), where he was responsible for leading acquisition and integration activities to drive Change Healthcare’s corporate strategy.

With extensive health care transaction experience totaling more than $20 billion, Manzella has been a principal architect of growth initiatives for multiple health care companies during a career spanning more than 20 years.

Previously, Manzella was Director, Corporate Development for Aptuit, a provider of outsourced pharmaceutical development services. Prior to that, he served as a Director of Advisory Services for Marwood Group, a leading health care policy advisory firm, and was co-founder, Partner, and Managing Director of Asanté Partners, a health care investment banking firm.

Manzella holds a Bachelor of Arts, Master of Business Administration, and Juris Doctor, all from Georgetown University.
