Voyager Therapeutics Announces Proposed Offering of Common Stock

CAMBRIDGE, Mass., Nov. 06, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Voyager Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:VYGR), a clinical-stage gene therapy company focused on developing life-changing treatments for severe neurological diseases, today announced that it is commencing an underwritten public offering of $75,000,000 of shares of its common stock. In addition, Voyager intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional fifteen percent (15%) of the shares of common stock offered in the public offering. All of the shares in the offering are to be sold by Voyager.

Morgan Stanley and Cowen are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. The offering is subject to market and other conditions and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.
