CENTURY 21 Commonwealth Hosts Ribbon-cutting Ceremony to Announce Expanded, State-of-the-art Wakefield, MA Office

CENTURY 21 Commonwealth hosted a ribbon-cutting for its newest location, at 85 Albion Street, Wakefield, recently. The company moved from its former location at 29 Albion Street to newer, state-of-the-art facilities. Though the celebration was for a new location in Wakefield, CENTURY 21 Commonwealth has had a longtime presence in Wakefield. Prior to the acquisition of the building where their office is now located, CENTURY 21 Commonwealth was located at 29 Albion Street.

Nick Patsio, a Founding Partner of CENTURY 21 Commonwealth, and a number of agents from the Wakefield location, along with Office Manager Paula Anzalone, were greeted by a number of local and state officials who turned out to congratulate the 10+ year old company on opening another location.

State Representatives Donald Wong and Paul Brodeur were both in attendance at the ribbon-cutting, and presented a citation from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts State Legislature, congratulating CENTURY 21 Commonwealth on its newest location. The Representatives were joined by Alexander Castillo-Nunez, District Director for State Senator Jason Lewis, who also presented a commendation from the Massachusetts Senate. Local Wakefield officials including Chairman of the Board of Selectmen Paul DeNocco, Selectman Tony Longo, and Town Administrator Stephen Maio.
