Despite several consecutive quiet quarters in the Burlington office market, Colliers has done it again, successfully attracting 5 new tenants totaling more than 30,000 cumulative square feet, this time to Duffy Properties’ 78 Blanchard Road. With suite sizes ranging from 3,300 to 11,600 SF, new tenants, Caras & Shulman, Axis Promotions, CGI, Mortgage Network, and AAM 15 Mgmt were attracted to the building’s quality spaces, premium amenities, and strength and commitment of local ownership. Colliers, in partnership with Duffy Properties, has aggressively and effectively slashed building vacancy, leaving only 15,000 SF, which is close to committed.

78 Blanchard Road is a five-story, 113,159-SF asset speculatively constructed in 2014, and located within Duffy Properties’ larger, three-building Blanchard Woods campus. It has unsurpassed visibility, virtually sitting atop Route 128, which can be accessed within minutes via Middlesex Turnpike at Exit 32 or Cambridge Street at Exit 33.
