Benchmark Senior Living, a leading provider of senior housing in the Northeast, is pleased to announce the addition of The Arbors of Bedford in Bedford, N.H., to its growing portfolio of communities.
With this acquisition, Benchmark now operates nine standalone memory care communities in four states.
Acquired in partnership with U.S. Healthcare Venture LLC from LCB Senior Living LLC, The Arbors of Bedford, located at 70 Hawthorne Drive, becomes Benchmark's fifth location in New Hampshire and its 55th community in the region.

The Arbors of Bedford, currently capable of serving 87 residents in 54 apartments, specializes in caring for individuals with Alzheimer's disease, dementia and other memory impairments.
