Charter Offers $1.5 Billion Senior Unsecured Notes

Charter Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: CHTR) today announced that its subsidiaries, CCO Holdings, LLC and CCO Holdings Capital Corp., intend to offer the following securities:

  • Senior Unsecured Notes due 2023 (the "2023 Notes"), and
  • Senior Unsecured Notes due 2028 (the "2028 Notes", and together with the 2023 Notes, the "Notes"). The 2028 Notes will form a part of the same series as the Issuers' 5.000% Senior Unsecured Notes due 2028 issued on August 8, 2017.


Charter intends to use the net proceeds from the sale of the Notes to pay related fees and expenses and for general corporate purposes, including buybacks of the Class A common stock of Charter or common units of Charter Communications Holdings, LLC.
