Verrill Dana is pleased to welcome tax attorney Jennifer Green to the firm’s Boston office.
Attorney Green’s practice focuses on providing advice and counsel to individuals, corporations, partnerships, nonprofits, and other entities on domestic and international tax issues throughout the various stages of their business development. As a member of Verrill Dana’s Business & Corporate Group, Attorney Green will also advise clients on joint venture matters.
Most recently, Attorney Green was a corporate tax attorney at another Boston law firm and has experience working in tax services at two of the Big Four accounting firms. In her previous roles, she represented clients in their federal and state tax examinations, as well as in federal and state tax controversies, including substantive and procedural issues. She has represented clients before the Administrative Appeals Division of the IRS and state taxing authorities.
Attorney Green received her law degree from the Boston College Law School and earned her bachelor’s degree from Brandeis University, summa cum laude. She also received her L.L.M. in Taxation from the Boston University Graduate Tax Program.
