Rafael Viñoly's New Building Unveiled - 125 Greenwich Street

Bizzi & Partners Development is unveiling 125 Greenwich Street, the new 88-story, 912-foot-tall luxury condominium skyscraper with architecture by the world-renowned architect Rafael Viñoly, designer of 432 Park Avenue. The critically acclaimed British duo March & White designed the interiors of the building, the firm’s first large-scale residential development in the United States. March & White first designed the interiors for luxury yachts then expanded to designing for London's most elite private clubs including The Arts Club and Devonshire Club. Their designs for the interiors of 125 Greenwich Street evoke the interiors of yachts to maximize space. Bizzi & Partners Development is behind major developments around the world including Milanosesto, the largest redevelopment project in Europe, designed by Renzo Piano.

125 Greenwich Street is located in downtown Manhattan a block away from the Santiago Calatrava-designed Oculus and One World Trade Center. With 273 units ranging from studios to three-bedroom condominium residences, careful attention was brought to every detail of the building—from the placement of all the studio apartments above the 61st floor to the decision to have the top three floors of the building dedicated to lifestyle and wellness amenities. This triplex of amenities includes sweeping skyline and water views and features a 50' lap pool, spa with sauna and steam room, fitness center including private training room and yoga studio, private dining and event space, and a screening room.
