Prior to joining TA Realty, Mr. Sullivan was a Director, Institutional Services, at Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation, where he was responsible for developing and servicing Intercontinental’s client and consultant relationships. Before joining Intercontinental in 2002, Mr. Sullivan served as an Associate with State Street Global Advisors, working with the firm’s sales/marketing, client service, consultant relations and product management teams in order to accurately communicate investment philosophy, product offerings and organizational information to prospective investors.
