Pete Rogers Joins Cushman & Wakefield Boston Capital Markets Team

Cushman & Wakefield announced today that Pete Rogers has joined the firm as a Director.

An accomplished commercial real estate professional, Rogers brings more than 10 years of capital markets experience to his new role with expertise across all asset types and structures including joint ventures and recapitalizations. Rogers has executed on more than $15B of commercial property transactions over his career, including the two largest single asset sales in the history of Boston.

Rogers joins Cushman & Wakefield after three years at Eastdil Secured where he most recently served as a Vice President in the firm’s Boston office. He has also held positions in the real estate lending groups at US Bank and Bank Rhode Island.

Rogers received his bachelor’s degree from Boston College where he majored in history.
