CBRE/New England today announced that Corbus Pharmaceuticals has strengthened its relationship with Cornerstone Corporation, entering into an agreement with the management agent for River Ridge Office Park, to expand and relocate within River Ridge Office Park in Norwood, Mass. The Phase 3 clinical-stage pharmaceutical company will move into a newly renovated 32,733 SF facility at 500 River Ridge Drive from a 10,414 SF space at 100 River Ridge Drive.
“Corbus has grown significantly since its founding in 2014, with our lead drug anabasum demonstrating positive Phase 2 clinical results in systemic sclerosis and cystic fibrosis,” commented Corbus CFO Sean Moran. “We are rapidly expanding our staff to continue the development of anabasum and have outgrown our existing space.
“Norwood has proven to be a very appealing location as it offers great value and provides a short, convenient commute for our employees,” Moran continued. “By continuing to work with Cornerstone, our expansion in River Ridge Office Park in Norwood has been fast and seamless. We are readying to move in early 2018.”
