Upon expected completion in December 2018, Alexan Billerica will consist of 3 buildings and 6,000 square feet of recreation and amenity space, and direct access to transportation, shopping, and a vibrant employment corridor.
The site includes frontage on Route-3a and offers convenient access to Route-3, I-495 and I-95. An MBTA Commuter Rail Station within walking distance further enhances the site's appeal.

The project was developed by TCR, who is also serving as the general contractor. Leasing will commence August 2018.
