Black Duck CEO Lou Shipley Moderating at Massachusetts Cybersecurity Forum

Lou is moderating the Capstone Presentation on closing the cybersecurity talent and workforce gap, joined by panelists Paul Martini, CEO/Co-Founder, iboss, Christina Luconi, Chief People Officer, Rapid7, and Secretary Rosalin Acosta, Executive Office of Labor & Workforce Development.

This inaugural event created by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts via the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative gathers the state's cybersecurity companies, the public sector and state government, research and development centers, and universities together with the investment community to discuss private and public partnerships to solidify Massachusetts' leadership in business growth, talent pipeline, and advancing technology in the global cybersecurity arena. The Forum kicks off with a leadership luncheon and keynote from Governor Charlie Baker.

The Forum will explore ways to help segments of the Massachusetts cybersecurity ecosystem and world partners integrate efforts, share threat and vulnerability data, better understand cybersecurity governance issues, and ensure a compelling business environment for cybersecurity business growth. The Mass Cybersecurity Forum is being held in conjunction with the Harvard CEO Cybersecurity Forum, a highly selective gathering of the world’s business and cybersecurity leaders.
