BDO USA, LLP, one of the nation's leading accounting and consulting organizations, today announced that Brian Vigneault has been admitted to the firm’s partnership. In this role, Mr. Vigneault will be responsible for advising middle-market companies and their shareholders on a multitude of tax issues in the technology, manufacturing, professional service providers and nonprofit industries. Previously, Mr. Vigneault was a Managing Director in the firm’s Boston office.

Mr. Vigneault has more than 18 years of experience addressing tax issues involving federal tax restructuring, large multi-state corporations, consolidated groups, net operating loss utilization and the implementation, and use of, a variety of tax credits. Mr. Vigneault is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants. He earned a M.S. in taxation from Bentley College and a B.S. in finance and accounting from the University of Massachusetts.
