Luca de Risi

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--MEGA International has named Luca de Risi as vice president and managing director for the company’s Asia-Pacific business operations.

He will direct business development, sales, consulting services, customer support and all local operations in Asia, Australia and New Zealand. MEGA recently opened an office in Sydney, Australia to handle growing demand for business transformation software. The company now has offices on six continents.

de Risi, who will be based at the company’s Singapore office, has been with MEGA for seven years. He began in international pre-sales and held various business development roles for MEGA’s US operations. de Risi began his career as an internal auditor for Renault.

During his time at MEGA, de Risi focused on governance, risk and compliance (GRC), working with the company’s product development team to create offerings that helped companies improve enterprise risk management. He also worked closely with a select group of MEGA’s large customers, directing implementation programs. de Risi received sales awards from MEGA for the largest single sales in 2015 and 2016.

“Business leaders in Asia know they must be well-prepared to compete in a global digital economy, so demand is growing rapidly for digital transformation technology solutions,” noted Henri-Louis de Vilmorin, senior vice president of global operations, MEGA. “After working with many leading American- and European-based companies, Luca is well-suited to lead MEGA’s Asia-Pacific team to meet this expanding need, and increase the company’s international business.”

de Risi has a Master of Science degree in business management from EMLYON Business School in Lyon, France.
