Cushman & Wakefield announced today that Tom O’Regan has joined the firm’s Downtown Boston Leasing Team as an Executive Director.

With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Tom has been responsible for advising a number of local, national and international firms, specializing in the leasing of office space for many of Boston’s most prestigious landlords, investors and tenants in the Seaport and Financial District. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Tom worked as Managing Director at JLL and an Executive Director for Richards Barry Joyce Partners. Early in his career in commercial real estate, Tom worked as a Director at Cushman & Wakefield.

Tom is a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and received his bachelor’s degree in Management from Boston University. In addition to his work in commercial real estate, Tom is an active member of the local educational community, serving on the fundraising committees at Boston University, Endicott College and St. Sebastian’s School. Tom and his family are active supporters of the Travis Roy Foundation. Prior to his work in commercial real estate, Tom enjoyed a 15-year career as a professional hockey player.
