Former BNY Mellon executive joins Citizens Commercial Banking

Citizens Bank announced today that Citizens Commercial Banking has hired Diana J. Kenneally as a Senior Vice President and Deposit Escrow Relationship Manager. Kenneally joins Citizens following a successful banking career providing solutions to corporate clients, most recently serving as an escrow sales specialist at BNY Mellon.

“Diana has significant experience providing Escrow Agency services to commercial clients and this is an important new area for Citizens Commercial Banking,” said Lisa Murray, head of Professionals Banking at Citizens.

Prior to joining BNY Mellon, Kenneally worked as a banker at U.S. Bank and State Street.

She has a Bachelor of Science from Emmanuel College.
