Capstone Partners LLC, a leading investment banking firm, announced that it has successfully advised CCI on its acquisition by Zyme. Capstone Partners acted as exclusive financial advisor to CCI on this transaction, the terms of which were not disclosed.
CCI delivers channel incentive management services, software, and expertise, with a special focus on optimizing MDF and co-op marketing programs that clients use to drive resale partners to achieve specific goals.
