An IT impacts expert, Nicole Forsgren has served as the lead investigator on the largest DevOps studies to date. She is CEO and Chief Scientist at DevOps Research and Assessment (DORA). She also serves as a consultant, expert and researcher in knowledge management and IT adoption and impacts. Nicole works closely with other prominent DevOps thought leaders, such as Gene Kim and Jez Humble, and has been awarded public and private research grants from organizations, including NASA and the National Science Foundation (NSF). She is well published, with her work featured in top-tier media outlets such as the Wall Street Journal and Forbes.
