The Seacoast Board of REALTORS honors individuals making a difference as mentors and leaders in their professions and communities. “Affiliates of the Year” are those committed to the local Seacoast Board community who value teamwork, community involvement and good business practices. The Seacoast Board of REALTORS, founded in 1958, is a trade association representing over 900 REALTORS and affiliate members in the New Hampshire Seacoast area providing professional resources to its members while striving to support local charity organizations.

Paula has more than 18 years’ experience in mortgage banking. As a senior loan officer at Embrace Home Loans, she leverages her passion and vast knowledge of financing and home lending to consistently deliver the most advantageous results for her clients. Prior to joining Embrace, she worked in residential mortgage lending at both Citizens Bank and Aegis Lending where she received both the president’s award and the chairman’s award for exemplary service to clients.
The 2017 Affiliate of the Year was chosen carefully through board member nominations electing those with significant community involvement. Frenette remains committed to her community, having participated in various board committees, seminars and education work and civic and service clubs. She is a member of both the Strafford County Board of REALTORS and the Seacoast Board of REALTORS, helping with their many events that give back to the communities including Toys for Tots, local scholarship funds, food pantries and Helping Hands. In 2016, Frenette was also named the Affiliate of the Year for the Strafford County Board of REALTORS.
