Partners Insurance Group, LLC, one of the region’s leading independent insurance agencies with eight locations in Southeastern MA and RI, is proud to announce that Lori Chaput, Senior Vice President, Personal Lines, has been named a Banker & Tradesman2017 “Woman of FIRE.”
Chaput is one of 15 in the Greater Boston area named to the prestigious “Woman of FIRE” list; the annual recognition award acknowledges key female players in the local FIRE (Finance, Insurance and Real Estate) sectors. The seventh annual Women of FIRE award celebrates the best and brightest women in their industries.
The honorees were celebrated at a July 20th awards luncheon at the Courtyard Marriott Downtown Boston; Massachusetts State Treasurer Deborah R. Goldberg delivered the keynote speech.
As Senior VP, Personal Lines with Partners Insurance Group, Chaput is a member of the organization’s Senior Leadership Group. She manages the operations of the agency branches, creating an environment of integrity, growth, profitability, professionalism, quality, and exceptional customer service. Chaput has direct responsibility for all Personal Lines branch office personnel and functions and oversees training programs.
With Partners Insurance Group since 2008, Chaput has nearly 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. Prior to joining Partners, she successfully ran her own insurance agency consulting business. Chaput began her career at John Hancock Insurance in Boston for the European General Agency and later served as Chief Operating Officer at Berry Insurance Agency.
Chaput attended Dean Jr. College and the University of Lowell; she holds licenses in Property and Casualty and Life and Health and is a Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA). A past President of the MA/RI Chapter of Applied Systems Client Network, she now serves as Chair of the Chapters Committee. She is an active volunteer with Gifts to Give and the Pine Street Inn.
In December of 2016 Chaput received the Gold Circle Excellence Award, presented at the Applied Net 2016 Conference.
