Norfolk, Massachusetts resident Erin Lenox has been elected to the board of directors of the New England Employee Benefits Council (NEEBC) where she will serve a three-year term. Lenox is currently the co-chair of NEEBC’s Best Practices Conference Committee.

A Client Director of National Sales & Service for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Lenox leads a team of Strategic Account Executives and facilitates the successful execution of clients’ strategic goals and objectives with the plan’s internal business partners. Prior to joining Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts in 2017, Lenox was a Senior Consultant at Willis Towers Watson.
