Dubin Clark & Company Promotes Brent L. Paris to Managing Partner

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dubin Clark & Company, Inc., a private investment firm, today announced the promotion of Brent L. Paris to Managing Partner. Mr. Paris has been involved in closing more than forty transactions during his tenure at Dubin Clark and currently runs its Florida office.

Mr. Paris, 47, joined the Firm in 2001 as an Associate and quickly rose to Partner in 2004. Mr. Paris received a B.S. in Accounting from Indiana University Kelley School of Business, an M.B.A. in Finance & Entrepreneurship from The University of Chicago Booth Graduate School of Business, an M.S. in Taxation from DePaul University Kellstadt Graduate School of Business, and has a CPA. Mr. Paris serves on the Boards of five of Dubin Clark's portfolio companies and the Association for Corporate Growth, is a member of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO), and is an advocate for Habitat for Humanity.
