Ogment is a curriculum creation and management system (CCMS) that captures and facilitates the process of curriculum development and delivery to make the process easier and more efficient. In only its second year of entry, Ogment has been named as a finalist five times, winning their first CODiE as Best Cross-Curricular Solution in 2016.

The SIIA CODiE Awards are the premier awards for the software and information industries, and have been recognizing product excellence for over 30 years. The awards offer 93 categories organized by industry focus in education technology and business technology. Ogment holds three of the 160 finalist spots in the 34 education technology categories.

This year’s finalists were selected after a detailed review by expert judges. The winners will be announced in San Francisco during the Education Impact Symposium on July 26, 2017.

“I am impressed by the level of innovation and creativity demonstrated by the 2017 CODiE award finalists. These products are opening doors for learners of all ages by combining new technologies with research about how people learn in order to respond to student and educator needs,” said Bridget Foster, senior vice president and managing director of the Education Technology Industry Network (ETIN), a division of SIIA.

"We are truly honored to be named a finalist in three CODiE categories. We're especially thrilled to be mentioned with our peers and other industry leaders in the K-12 Course or Learning Management Solution category," said Johanna Wetmore, CEO and co-founder of EvoText.

The SIIA CODiE Awards have recognized thousands of software, information and education technology companies for achieving excellence. The CODiE Awards are the only peer-reviewed program in the content, information, education, and software technology industries. Each CODiE Award win is market validation for a product’s innovation, vision, and overall industry impact.
