Freudenheim Partners announced today that it brokered the sale of 280 Worcester Road, a 33,000-square-foot retail building in Framingham, to SixCapital LLC. The seller was SEM Realty. CEO Leigh Freudenheim represented both the buyer and the seller in this transaction.

Leigh Freudenheim said of the transaction, “SixCapital was the perfect buyer for asset. The site is an exciting opportunity, which SixCapital will redevelop into Class A retail space.“

280 Worcester Road is a 33,000-square-foot retail building located on Route 9 in the heart of Framingham. The building was constructed in 1930 as a hockey rink, which was later converted to retail.

SixCapital CEO Sean Wilder and his team have planned a series of improvements to the asset over the next few months, including a new façade and resurfacing the parking lot.
